Rehearsals are available at a subsidized rate for professional dance & theatre artists.

Rehearsal rentals are defined as any studio creation time that doesn't involve any money changing hands between the participants in the room (ie suggested donation classes do not count as rehearsals, and should be booked at the class rate).

Rehearsal Rate = $25/hour

1 hour minimum

Creating performance is expensive! While our rates are competitive with most major spaces around Boston (and necessary to sustain our space), we get that for many artists even $25/hour is difficult.

To combat this we plan to offer last minute remnant space rentals at $15/hour (booked same day, day before). Artists interested in this rate are encouraged to reach out to see what's available.

HML promotion if the event is open to the community
