BAM (Balance, Agility, Mobility)
Service Description
This class focuses on increasing range of motion and functional strength, with a dual focus on exercises that work balance and agility. Equal parts strength, stretch, and exploring boundaries, mobility training is great for increasing the body’s functional capacity and decreasing risk of injury. Expect a lot of movements that take the body down to the ground, and exercises that occur outside of our normal vertical standing plane. This class is great for anyone (don’t be scared), but please tell the instructor in advance if you’ve got specific medical restrictions on range of motion.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelations for all group classes must be made 12 hours or more in advance. If canceling with less than 12 hours notice or if the client is a no-show, client will be automatically charged a $10 late cancel fee to their card on file.
