Service Description

This class focuses on increasing range of motion and functional strength, with a dual focus on exercises that work balance and agility. Equal parts strength, stretch, and exploring boundaries, mobility training is great for increasing the body’s functional capacity and decreasing risk of injury. Expect a lot of movements that take the body down to the ground, and exercises that occur outside of our normal vertical standing plane. This class is great for anyone (don’t be scared), but please tell the instructor in advance if you’ve got specific medical restrictions on range of motion.

Cancellation Policy

We are have a 12 hour late cancelation policy for group fitness classes and private training sessions. At the 12 hour mark, the client is responsible for the full price of the class, and if the class is prepaid, no refund will be issued.
