Service Description
This class focuses on the building blocks for bettering athletic performance—generating power & rotational force, improving plyometrics, increasing acceleration, and playing with reflex/directional changes. Class will start with functionally focused mobility, progress through a number of drills and exercises, and then thoroughly stretch/cool down with tips for home practice. ALL are welcome, whether or not you actively participate in a sport, but this class will utilize some running, jumping, and cutting, so all participants must be cleared for those activities.

Cancellation Policy
We are have a 12 hour late cancelation policy for group fitness classes and private training sessions. At the 12 hour mark, the client is responsible for the full price of the class, and if the class is prepaid, no refund will be issued.
