Service Description

Set the tone for the day ahead with this full body workout. Our priority is getting a sweat on with full body strengthening (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, bodyweight) and always making sure to hit some cardio! Bring a towel!



Cancellation Policy

Cancelations for all group classes must be made 12 hours or more in advance. If canceling with less than 12 hours notice or if the client is a no-show, client will forfeit the class.
