Strength & Conditioning (Lower)
Service Description
Come push your boundaries in this small group strength and conditioning class. Each training session starts with a thorough warm up and concludes with a stretch. Class will work strength via bodyweight, dumbbells, and barbell training, and cardio conditioning through pace, tempo, and interval training. All classes include core-work. Thursday night classes are total body strength with a slight lower body focus. Strength & Conditioning classes are rigorous and fast-paced, but are truly meant for all humans. Modifications are always available, and participants are welcome to work at a different pace as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelations for all group classes must be made 12 hours or more in advance. If canceling with less than 12 hours notice or if the client is a no-show, client will be automatically charged a $10 late cancel fee to their card on file.
