Kim Holman
Founder, Lead Trainer
Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, USABoxing Certified Coach, and a member of Artistic Athlete Health Collective. She is also a choreographer and public artist with a MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts and a BA in Dance, Artistic Director of Boston's Luminarium Dance Company, and unable to hold still for more than a few moments at a time. After a lifetime of dance and resisting organized sport, Kim stumbled onto boxing in her twenties. She now lives to solve body-related mysteries, unlock ways to make the most movement-averse love being active, and finding new physical risks to take.
Ashlyn Hiserote
Registered Dietitian
Ashlyn is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition and a Master’s of Science in Nutrition. She was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, where she developed her love for nutrition, fitness and the outdoors. Once in college, she was drawn to the study of nutrition as a way to combine her interests, healthcare and sports and wellness. In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring the world. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and their two pups, Emma and Ellie.
Russell Holman
Run Club Coach, Private Run Coaching
Russell is an arborist with a love for running. When this USATF certified coach is not diagnosing and treating trees, or trying to run 100+ miles in a month just for fun, he can be found hitting the pavement training for races—his favorite distance is a half marathon, and he’s excited to be running the BAA Distance Medley this year. Russell grew up swimming competitively and running cross country, and his love for movement has encompassed hiking, boxing, and strength training. Russell sits on the board of the Mass Arborist Association, and enjoys home brewing, tending to his orchard, and the antics of his dachshund Twyla.
Amy Pole
Instructor, Run Club Coach
Amy is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and a lifelong athlete. Currently an amateur boxer with an undefeated record and 2023’s New England Golden Gloves Championship, Amy grew up running cross country and track, and played rugby throughout college. She is still dedicated runner, and coaches track at Brockton High School. Amy is also the proud mom of Lucy, a beagle (doesn’t enjoy running), and two cats, Oliver and Este. She enjoys traveling the world and hiking with her husband Chris.
Kristen Jorgensen Perry
Instructor
Kristen is a Manager who has never outgrown her competitive youth. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. Kristen grew up playing softball, basketball and soccer. She still plays soccer competitively year round. She also enjoys boxing, hiking and has recently started playing Pickleball. When not working out or playing, she spends time reading, walking her yellow lab Gracie, spending time with family and friends, lounging at the beach or watching RuPaul’s Drag Race.
