Service Description
Lift Club focuses on one or two of the main lifts—deadlift, bench press, squat, overhead press, pull up. Come get small group coaching, and over 10 weeks, see how you can improve your strength! Each Club session culminates in a casual/inclusive in-gym lifting meet.

Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to Lift Club, Run Club, and all short-series. Lift Club & Run Club are a set price for a set number of weeks. Drop-ins and one-offs aren't available. Clients can no-show or late cancel (notice is appreciated), but won't be refunded for partial participation. If participation is medically impossible, and program is within the first 3 sessions, client can provide a doctors note for a pro-rated credit for a future session of the program. A spot is not guaranteed, the same first come first served policy will be in place regarding sign ups. Participants acknowledge that they're healthy enough to participate in their club (powerlifting or running).
