Feeling overwhelmed after the election? Join us for Resonance & Renewal, a soothing sound bath designed to help release tension and restore inner calm. In this immersive experience, the harmonious sounds of handpan, gongs, singing bowls, and gentle percussion will guide you into deep relaxation and meditation. To make the most of your experience, bring along items to ensure your comfort, such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, bolsters, cozy socks, or warm clothing. The Lab has yoga mats to borrow, or you can bring you own. Allow yourself this time to unwind and reground in a serene soundscape.

Cancellation Policy
We are have a 12 hour late cancelation policy for group fitness classes and private training sessions. At the 12 hour mark, the client is responsible for the full price of the class, and if the class is prepaid, no refund will be issued.
